Little Boutique Return Policy

Little Boutique offers returns to its customers. Please review the following details for our return and refund process.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • For online sales, customers can return or exchange Casual Wear within 14 days. Items should be returned to the same branch the order was sent from. Please contact us to confirm the correct branch.
  • For Evening Wear, customers have 24 hours only for returns or exchanges.

Note: All items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.

Delivery charges are not refundable.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returned items should be unused, unaltered, and in pristine condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, used, or missing their original tags will not be accepted.

Return Locations

  • Kuwait: Items can be returned to our stores.
  • International Orders: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

Repeated Returns

We offer an easy return policy and monitor the number of returns made by customers. Accounts with frequent returns may be flagged, denied future return requests, or deactivated.

Refunds

  • Refunds for successfully returned items will be processed to the original payment method.
  • For payments via KNET, a payment link will be sent to the customer through WhatsApp at +965 90077608.
  • For credit card payments, refunds will be processed back to the same card within 15 days.

Note: Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Shipment costs for returns will be borne by the customer. Returns are subject to customs procedures and applicable duties and taxes.

The refunded amount may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account due to varying bank processing times.
